ROK Rewards

The ROK Rewards loyalty reward point program is available to anyone over 18 shopping with us. Simply log in to your account and you will automatically earn reward points every time you shop.

Use your points to get a discount or even pay for your future orders in full from your shopping basket before checkout.
 

Using your reward points

Using your reward points is simple.

From your basket you will automatically be given the option to redeem your previously collected reward points against your order before you go to the checkout payment page.

You can always check your current balance under the Account Details section of “My Account” once you are logged in or by checking your latest dispatch note.
 

Terms and Conditions

Privacy: Please review our privacy policy. By participating in ROK Rewards you are agreeing to our collection and use of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted our privacy policy.

Cancellation: We reserve the right at our sole discretion to modify, suspend or cancel the reward program. We also reserve the right to revoke reward points.

Points Expiry: Points earned expire 180 days from date of last point redemption. 

Points Transfer: Points earned on non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed by anyone else but the points account holder

You must be signed into your account during checkout to receive your points.

Reward points cannot be backdated.

'Refer a friend' bonus points will only be awarded where orders are placed through a new account with unique billing address.
