Despatch

Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays will be dispatched same day via the Royal Mail First Class service. Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will be despatched the following Monday.

You will receive an email confirmation from us when your order is dispatched.

Delivery time

Royal Mail usually deliver within the following 3 working days to most of the UK mainland, although please allow an extra day for remote locations.

Whilst we use a First Class service your order may take longer than usual to arrive during busy periods or due to extreme weather conditions. Unfortunately exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Deliveries to the EU will be sent via premium courier service and may take up to 7 working days.

Deliveries are normally made between 9am and 6pm in the UK. Delivery times are not guaranteed they are estimates.

Signature

Royal Mail usually require a signature upon delivery. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure this is possible in order to take delivery of the goods.

Email notifications

You will initially receive an email confirming that your order has been received. After our dispatch team have checked every item in your order and it is with the Royal Mail network you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.

Incorrect deliveries

We can take no responsibility for delays or non-delivery if the information you have provided us is incorrect. If however, the order is delivered incorrectly as a direct fault of Smoke Without Sin Ltd, the cost of postage and packing will be refunded and the item (s) despatched again.
